After booking a be•at Premium Experience, be•at will make every effort to ensure your be•at Premium Experience goes smoothly and you have an unforgettable evening.

The course of a be•at Premium Experience

Ordering your tickets

  • After you have made your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
    If you need an invoice, you can request one through the link in the confirmation e-mail. Be sure to check your e-mail address, as well as your spam folder.

  • Around 3 weeks before the event, you will receive an e-mail saying your tickets are ready in your be•at Premium Experience account.
    You can download them on your smartphone or e-mail them from the platform to your other guests. You do not need to print the tickets. Our scanners can read the QR codes on a screen.

Before and after a show

  • With your VIP parking ticket, you and your guests have access to the VIP parking spaces. For the events in our theaters, we work with paying parking lots, for which we will provide the necessary vouchers and tickets.

  • Upon entering our cozy VIP lounge, you and your guests will receive a VIP wristband which serves as a pass for the whole evening. The cloakroom and lavatories in the VIP lounge are at your disposal, free of charge.

  • Depending on the number of be•at Premium Experience tickets ordered, you might share a table with other guests in the VIP lounge. We reserve the right to place multiple reservations at one table if necessary. Parties of 20 or more will have a reserved space at their disposal.

  • Unless otherwise specified during your order, you and your guests can enjoy some hors-d'oeuvres, a walking dinner, and a dessert. During the course of the evening, you can order drinks with our servers from the open bar. When available, you can also pay for a bottle of champagne or liquor.
    We will inform you on time if you deviate from the catering formula provided.

  • Be•at is proud to work with renowned caterers Amalthea, Gusto, Atelier V, Bert & Co, and Very Food.

During the show

  • You must show your ticket on entering the venue itself. The ticket shows your seat and row number. Our staff will be happy to help you to your seats.

  • Allocating the seats is done in order of VIP reservations. This postponed way of seating allows for add-ons to reservations to be seated together.

  • You will be seated in the most expensive category of seats unless stated otherwise.

Be•at Premium Experience and Fan Experience

  • The be•at Premium Experience is offered by be•at.

  • The Fan Experience (such as Early Entry Packages, Soundcheck Packages, Hot Seat Packages, etc) is offered by the artist or organizer.

Your be•at Premium Experience account

If you order a be•at Premium Experience for the first time, you will be asked to create a login and a password. You will then receive a e-mail with a link asking you to confirm your account. You can access this account whenever you want.
However, your be•at Premium Experience tickets will only be available about three weeks before the event.
